Who are we?

A.

We are a Bedford based production and entertainment company, ideally situated on the M1 between Birmingham and London, servicing hotels and conference facilities with everything Audio visually based. From projectors and Pa’s to lighting and conference sets.

Why are we more cost effective than most?

A.

We physically own all of the equipment we hire out whether its battery powered uplights or led screens, so unlike most companies who hold a small hire stock and then cross hire what they need you are cutting out the middle man.

Do you have all relevant health and safety documentation?

A.

Yes we hold public liability insurance up to 10 Million pounds, Risk assessment’s etc.

Do you provide other items apart from conference equipment?

A.

Yes we stock most items to make a party that little bit extra special, from dance floors and star cloths to Giant games and Disco equipment

Do you offer out of hours service?

A.

Yes there is an emergency number you can call at any time, with a member of the team on hand to sort any issues and handle any last minute orders.

What if you do not have enough of stage or lecterns for us

A.

On the rare occasion we do not have enough of equipment to service your needs we cross hire it from our trading partners, as we have a great working relationship with other companys we can keep the costs the same to you regardless of if we have to cross hire.

Why have I not heard of you before?

A.

For many years we only hired directly into hotels and felt no need to expand our client base, however we now have the philosophy that most of our repeat business is happy customers taking us to new venues.

Yes we are a UK registered company

Can I book entertainment from you?

A.

Yes we pride ourselves on being a one stop event shop so whether it’s a mobile disco for a wedding in oxford or a magician for a unique venue in St Albans we can supply tried and tested professional acts.

Do you have a list of items you hire?

A.

The list is too extensive however to give you an idea, we stock stage decks, Uplights, back projection screens, 50” plasma tv’s, Lapel hand held and head set microphones, Video camera kits, Kramer switchers etc. the list is endless why not call us and ask.
