Conference Equipment Hire
AllSmart conference equipment hire can be a minefield and our goal is to visually attract the attendees of your conference, meetings or event. AllSmart will have the hire stock of equipment to tailor the client’s needs. We offer either dry hire or we can deliver anywhere from London to Birmingham including Milton Keynes.
For your event, we will help visually aid the atmosphere using a variety of hired tools…maybe a video crew to help, or a basic auto cue or mouse clicker (light cue)? We will help plan out everything from the beginning of the conference to the end. From Drape kits to reveal the speaker or an object. With large projectors & Screens for presentations, The Stage can be furnished with lecterns for the speaker to place his/her laptop or a hired laptop that we also offer. Whilst giving the presentation the speaker will have the luxury of choosing which microphone would be best for the layout; Push to talk microphones, lapel microphones, radio microphones so the speaker can elevate his/her voice with the additional use of professional speaker systems and front and back projection to make sure you and your attendees have an entertaining experience.
We can also help enhance the conferences atmosphere using: Audience Response Systems, Follow spots, HDMI splitters, LED video presentations, Conference phones, Flip chart easels, Star cloth, DVD players, Mixing desks, Display boards, HDMI splitters, conference sets, Ipads and even Printers
